Leicester to get direct link to Nottingham East Midlands Airport

A new buses between Leicester and Nottingham East Midlands Airport is set to launch later this year, two years after similar bus links came to Nottingham and Derby. The new direct link, funded by the East Midlands Development Agency, is due to start in the autumn.
Airport managers hope the new bus service will reduce congestion and create more work opportunities for people in Leicester. Up until now passengers wanting to travel to the airport by bus had to go via Loughborough.
